RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS

In order to secure your water taxi date and preferences, guests are encouraged to make their reservations at least six months to one year in advance. Full payment of $250.00 for one way trips or $450 for a roundtrip. No refunds will be made for late arrivals to designated shuttle pick up locationsTravel insurance is strongly recommended.

DISCLOSURE/RESPONSIBILITY

Katmai Water Taxi will not be held responsible for any loss or injury to participants, personal property, or any cancellation expenses or delays incurred as a result of weather, transportation, or an act of God. Katmai Water Taxi reserves the right to withdraw and/or cancel any trip for the safe and proper handling of the excursion. All guests have the responsibility to disclose any special medical or physical needs prior to departure. All rates are subject to change without prior notice, but will not affect any bookings previously confirmed, paid, and or ticketed. Katmai Water Taxi reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who is deemed intoxicated, or a risk to other passengers at the captain’s discretion.

Bears

We frequently have bears who wander through the embarkation area, as well as moose and other wildlife. It is a parent’s responsibility to keep children in supervised at all times. This includes inside and outside the water taxi.
