In order to secure your water taxi date and preferences, guests are encouraged to make their reservations at least six months to one year in advance. Full payment of $275.00 (includes park service fee) for each round trip ticket is required to confirm your reservation. Changes in reservation dates are considered cancellations and are subject to our cancellation policy. Because of our exclusive limited availability and short season, payments received are non-refundable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. No refunds will be made for late arrivals and early departures, or for cancellations due to adverse weather or acts of God. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Katmai Water Taxi, LLC. will not be held responsible for any loss or injury to participants, for personal property, or for any cancellation expenses or delays incurred as a result of weather, transportation, or by act of God. Katmai Water Taxi LLC reserves the right to withdraw and/or cancel any trip for the safe and proper handling of the excursion. All guests have the responsibility to disclose any special medical, physical needs to us. We recommend that you secure travel insurance. All rates are subject to change without prior notice, but will not affect any bookings previously confirmed, paid, and ticketed. Katmai Water Taxi reserves the right to refuse service to any guest that is deemed intoxicated, or a risk to other passengers at the managements discretion.
